I'm Katey Blaire, an outgoing, authentic creative designer.

I thrive in collaborative environments where I can freely express my creative vision and ideas and make them come to life. I am an energetic, quick learner, who excels at managing multiple projects and executing deadlines. My passion for aesthetics, fashion, design, culture and people shine through my work. I have experience in Fashion Design, Print & Pattern Design, Color Design, Print & Textile Development, Visual Design, Content Creation, and more!

In 2021, I took a leap of faith and started my own small business, Katey Blaire Designs, selling handmade apparel items and upcycled creations on my website, Instagram & Etsy. I create freelance print and pattern repeats for sale on sites like Spoonflower and Society6, and I also manage a self-titled style & travel blog, which has given me ample experience in Styling, Story Telling, Personal Branding and Social Media. Previously, I worked at Nike Headquarters for 7 years as an Apparel Textile & Print Designer/Developer.

I graduated from Oregon State University in 2014 with a BS in Apparel Design & Merchandising Management. I currently live in Dallas, TX.

 

Along with fashion & traveling, I enjoy live music, sporting events, puns, thrifting, and being a dog mom.
